Erica St. Aubin was our sales person. What a delight to work with . She is helpful, no pressure, professional, and arranged every detail. Her communication skills are excellent. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job installing and making sure our home was treated with care. We have used Thoroughbred Carpet in the past and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Amazing! Erica was so helpful and patient while we were picking carpet. The process was by far the least stressful of our entire remodel. Installers were very careful and did a great job. Don't look any further! These people know what they are doing!

Way overpriced! I was trying to have all the tile in my house redone and had Thoroughbred come out for a quote. The quote they gave was almost double what I was getting from everyone else and they also took longer than everyone else to give me the quote. Obviously I can't judge their service since I didn't pick them, but the pricing was not for me.

I've gone here for carpet twice, once for a home remodel and the other for a rental property. Both times my wife and I were beyond pleased with the customer service and pricing. They made it super easy and quick. Can't recommend them more highly!

Sometimes you get lucky!! The primary person we worked with was Brenda Fox, she was great! Pricing was super competitive, her co-workers helped entertain our little kiddos as we shopped, it was just a great experience. Installer was also punctual and a perfectionist!! Highly recommended!!

Once again we called on Thoroughbred in Deerwood for a project in our lake home. We trusted their team and they did an incredible job on our challenging flooring project - knew just what product would work well and the installation team did excellent work. We recently purchased new carpet for our house and had our front entryway redone with vinyl flooring. We had a great experience with Thoroughbred. They made the process so easy for us and we were able to get everything done quickly. We even had 1 small issue with something poking under our new vinyl flooring and Thoroughbred sent someone out quickly and they resolved this issue with no problem. We would highly recommend Thoroughbred!

I do my homework when making very important purchases and shopped around and compared quality, pricing and SERVICE and decided to go with Thoroughbred Carpets in Deerwood and am SO HAPPY with the decision. We built a brand new house and they did every single room. The customer service was excellent and if you want it done right, call Zac at Thoroughbred! We are very satisfied.

We recently bought our carpet from Thoroughbred Carpets! We are thoroughly pleased! Erica was very helpful in showing us samples and giving us lots of information. Rob came out and measured promptly and within two weeks our carpet was installed. The installers did an excellent job! Thank you Thoroughbred, we recommend you highly!!

The employees here are Awesome! They have such fast and great quality installs for a great customer experience. They had many stock rolls with many colors options, and their pricing was ridiculously low!

I worked with Jenna Haller and she could not have been more helpful and easy to do business with. We recently had carpet removed in office and put in hardwood flooring. From Jenna, to the guy that came out to do the measuring, to the install, it was smooth. Very nice people! Looks AMAZING!!! We will be needing carpet in the 2019 year and will definitely be looking to work with Thoroughbred. Thank you!

What a PLEASURE it was to have Brian in our home.He was professional, responsible, cleanly, fun and personable all at the same time.He did such a FANTASTIC job on our floors. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided - this was a complicated job and he knocked it out of the park!Although Day 1 had some challenges, Brian proved he had problem-solving skills and did a BANG UP job on the floors.I cannot recommend your company NOR him as an installer highly enough.
