All STAINMASTER® carpets feature lifetime warranty protection against: All food and beverage stains, pet urine stains, soiling, & static shock.
STAINMASTER® carpet also carries limited warranties covering: Abrasive wear caused by fiber loss & texture loss due to carpet tufts losing their twist.

To ensure you are referring to the right warranty information, confirm with your retailer which STAINMASTER® warranty applies to your purchase at that location.

Carpet Maintenance

STAINMASTER® carpets are designed for easy care. Just a bit of regular maintenance will keep your carpet looking beautiful and will ensure that if you need to, you can take advantage of your warranty.
ON A REGULAR BASIS
– Vacuum at least weekly to remove dry soil particles that can dull fibers and cause matting.
– Combat crushing by placing glides under heavy furniture.
– Rotate furniture to give carpet a rest.
– Close blinds or shades to avoid long hours of direct sunlight.
