For those folks that don't want patterns, or multiple colors, we can take their favorite carpet and make it into an area rug. Select any of our broadloom carpets and Thoroughbred can make them into custom area rugs.
The sky is the limit here! Imagine an eight foot Vikings logo, made out of a different carpet for each part of the viking head, then the lines can be sheared to show off the definition of the logo, then we slap what is called monk's cloth on the back to protect the wood floor from the abrasive backing and bind or surge the whole thing.
Custom rugs are also a great option for those with a unique floor plan, maybe the fireplace dictates the way your furniture lays out and a rug just doesn't seem to fit, well, these rugs are custom, any size or shape, we can border one color with a different color whatever you might dream up. These are the easiest way to get that huge oversized rug and many times less expensive than the woven back running line area rugs.
